VICTORIA PARK VIXENS

Victoria Park Vixens is a grassroots football club based in East London. A women’s football club with a men’s team, it challenges traditional norms within the sport, with inclusivity and community at its heart. LA DE LA STUDIO was commissioned to revitalise the club’s visual identity while honouring its heritage and values, developing a new crest, kit designs and a wider brand refresh.

The new crest brings the initials VPV together to form the silhouette of a vixen. The colours remain faithful to the club’s history, with burgundy renamed claret. Alongside bespoke lettering and a wider graphic system, these details give the identity a distinctive character rooted in the club itself.

During the identity refresh, an opportunity arose to collaborate with Kappa on new home, away and goalkeeper kits. The designs take a fashion-led approach, intended to work as well off the pitch as on it. Kappa’s design and manufacturing teams brought them into production, with a gold chrome crest carrying the character of the new identity onto the finished shirts.

The launch attracted attention well beyond the club, with coverage from SoccerBible and Classic Football Shirts introducing the identity and kits to a wider audience. Following the response, the club was approached to make the kits available in EA SPORTS FC — taking an East London grassroots team into the game.
